COOS BAY, Ore. - Deputies continue to search for two missing fishermen as part of their patrol duties, the Coos County Sheriff's Office said.
Joshua W. Paulus, 31, and Daniel N. Matlock, 37, of Port Orford remain unaccounted for after their vessel the Eagle III ran aground on the North Jetty and broke apart Tuesday night.
The ship's captain, Glen A. Burkhow, 52, of Port Orford made it onto the jetty and walked out for help.
A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter located a fourth member of the crew, 52-year-old Blane L. Steinmetz of Port Orford, dead on the rocks of the jetty.
