LeBlanc & Associates, LLC., announced a merger with Teknotherm Inc., Seattle, July 28.

“Teknotherm has established a long-term excellent reputation for the quality of its products and services in the marine and fisheries refrigeration sectors,” according to a company statement. “As a new member of the LeBlanc family, Teknotherm, Inc. will rebrand itself as ‘LeBlanc Pacific’. The merger will allow the LeBlanc companies to increase market share in the Pacific region related to HVAC and refrigeration.”

Based in Houma, La., LeBlanc & Associates is a locally owned and operated refrigeration company specializing in custom turn-key air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, servicing the marine, commercial, and offshore industries.

“We are enthused by the opportunity to further grow our family name with a highly talented and qualified team of dedicated refrigeration experts,” said CEO Dan LeBlanc. “LeBlanc Pacific will enable us to offer a better coverage of our current products and services in the Pacific region. This step supports LeBlanc’s goal of expanding market share across the United States. The strategic location of Seattle is essential to better serve the Western coast, while LeBlanc already holds a strong position in the Gulf of Mexico (America) and along the Atlantic.”

Founded in 1987, Teknotherm shares a focus on modern refrigeration technology and the latest industry trends. Moving forward, LeBlanc Pacific will be able to extend its HVAC and refrigeration abilities and services.

“With our joint expertise we can continue to develop the latest designs and products with a high common standard of engineering and workforce nationwide.”
