Keith Decker, president and COO of High Liner Foods, will take over for the outgoing CEO, Harry Demone, who will assume the role as chairman of the board of directors. The Lunenburg, Nova Scotia-based seafood supplier boasts sales in excess of $310 million (American) for the first quarter of the year.

"Succession planning has been a top priority for High Liner Foods over the last several years,” says David Hennigar, chairman of the board. “Keith’s appointment to president and CEO follows a number of recent changes at the executive level of the company as part of our succession plans to ensure continued strong leadership into the future.”
