The City of Sand Point operates and maintains two boat harbors and one public dock.

Sand Point boat harbors offer safe, secure moorage and marine services, including:
- Daily/weekly/monthly slip rental w/  electricity and potable water
- Uplands electricity
- Boat haulout and storage
- Storage facilities for vessels and gear
- Repairs in welding, fiberglass, mechanical, and more
- Freight handling services
- Other amenities in or near the harbor include restaurants, car rentals, motel and B&B
