EPA extends comment period on Pebble Mine

LISTEN

JUNEAU, Alaska — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is extending the public comment period on its study of large mining impacts in the Bristol Bay region.

The comment period was scheduled to end Friday. EPA announced Thursday that it will now be June 30.
