An exhibit designed to showcase the Cape Fear’s rich history of commercial fishing will soon get its own moment in the spotlight.
The public is invited to join staff and volunteers at the North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport in officially celebrating the opening of its newest exhibit, “A Way of Life — Working the Water.”
