Lobstermen wary of coming change in measure

PORTLAND (WGME) -- Maine lobstermen are bracing for yet another hit: more restrictive catch sizes in the Gulf of Maine.

This comes after a new survey found the population of young lobsters dropped nearly 40 percent over the last three years.
