The Oregon Trawl Commission (OTC) is seeking a proven, innovative and hard-working leader to serve as Executive Director.
Benefit package includes state retirement, health care, paid vacation, sick leave and state holidays. Minimum starting salary $82,000, negotiable DOE.
OTC is dedicated to improving the economic conditions of Oregon’s commercial trawl fisheries (pink shrimp, groundfish, and whiting).
An 8-member volunteer board directs the Executive Director and a half-time office manager to work on industry relations, planning, marketing/communications, administrative, fiscal matters, and regulatory and policy advocacy per state and federal laws. The job requires routine travel.
