This fish story is criminal.

A federal judge sentenced Brooklyn fish dealer Alan Dresner to four months in prison Wednesday for his role in a $510,000 seafood scam.

Dresner, 63, fenced 246,376 pounds of black market fluke from a Long Island fisherman between July 2009 and December 2011, according to court documents.

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration investigators hooked Dresner during a probe of crooked commercial anglers on Long Island.
