The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) has published the certificate listing all the Alaska salmon suppliers able to supply MSC fish this year, but only former members of previous client body can sell stock from last year with the blue logo.

According to the certificate (see below), which was issued on Jan. 21 by MRAG Americas, but published by the MSC on Tuesday, 31 companies can supply MSC sockeye, chinook, coho, pink and chum salmon in 2016. It runs to Nov. 18, 2018.

All of the 31 companies, listed in full below, can supply fish caught this year, but only the 11 members who transferred across from the former client, the Alaska Salmon Processors Association (ASPA), can sell fish from last year as certified, Amanda Stern-Pirlot of MRAG Americas told Undercurrent News.
