Lunde Marine showcases full Simrad Navico suite

There has been several interesting new products released by Simrad Navico this year that are available for purchase at Pacific Marine Expo.

One popular item is the AP70Mk2, which is the latest version of Simrad’s commercial autopilot.

It is available in both IMO and non-IMO configurations and will work with a variety of steering systems.  Simrad has also released the I3005 and I3007 IMO multi instruments.

There is also new GPS units, the P2005 and P3007 which match the instruments and are available with a variety of antenna configurations.

The P3007 is also backwards compatible with some earlier Simrad MX GPS systems.

Finally, the Halo 20+ radome was introduced.  It is a 20 inch, 36NM radome that features Velocity Track Doppler technology for collision avoidance and ultra-fast 60 RPM operation in short range setting.  The Halo 20+ will work with a variety of Simrad Multi Function Displays as well as stand alone radar displays.  The radar’s BIRD and WEATHER modes are popular features for commercial fishing and other workboat applications.
