Outside Sales Representative in the Gulf Coast Region

CWR Electronics, the nation’s leading wholesale marine electronics distributor, is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative in the Gulf Coast Region (Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas).


We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:

Job Description:

The candidate will work to build and strengthen relationships with existing customers while pursuing qualified new business in the territory.  The candidate will also provide general support, knowledge, and product information to dealers.  The position requires travel throughout the territory to meet face to face with prospective and existing dealers.



3+ years marine electronics experience
Recreational and/or Commercial boating experience a strong plus

NMEA or ABYC certification/training a strong plus

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Ability to write in a comprehensive, concise, and compelling manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with online and brick & mortar retail business models- differences and similarities
Ability to productively work independently and as part of a team
